All Students Must Have A Rank One Account and a Physical to participate in Marching Band

Starting JULY 8th 2026  parent can create their Rank One Account and upload their completed Physical Packet for their participation

All Band Members must complete a Pre participation physical Evaluation (NMAA Form) and the NFHS Concussion for Students Certificate. Both these documents will need to be uploaded onto Rank One. 

 1. Go to www.rankonesport.com 

2. Click on the "parents click here" link 

3. Click Online forms (find forms for your district) 

click on New Mexico 

Then Click on Deming Public Schools 

4. Parent portal page "click here" 

5. Create new account (parents name) 

Hey Band!, parents will need to know your student ID so please have that available for them. 

Please make sure the following are complete. Items to be uploaded and electronically signed 

1. Physical Form (two pages) 

2. NFHS Concussion Course and Certificate https://accounts.nfhs.org/users/sign_in

3. Insurance Card
